Very glad with this agent as he sold me a spotless and well priced property, and also dealt with the owners to extend several times my contract due to having some issues with the buyers of my former property. He also speaks fluent Spanish, so there's no problem with the negotiations. He also arranged the payments at the town hall, and everything was done very transparent and professional.
