We bought our studio in Santa Ponsa a number of years ago and rather than deal with vendors directly, we decided to engage the services of Mark Pemberton, a wise decision, as the amount of 'red tape' involved in purchasing a place in Spain is a nightmare compared to back home in Ireland. Mark was extremely helpful and showed us quite a few properties in the Santa Ponsa area ( a lot of these properties were shown to us out of office hours) and when we eventually decided on a particular property he helped us greatly with all the paperwork and legalities involved in purchasing a property. We will always be grateful to Mark for his professionalism and unstinting commitment shown to us throughout the entire procedure.

I bought my Apartment from Mark & Silvia 14 years ago! It had just gone up on the Internet & I loved it! Exactly what I wanted, within walking distance of the beach, swimming pool, great location with panoramic views & walking distance to a number of restaurants, cafes & bars. Also, I loved being so near the bus service, & taxis!! Not to mention a central pick-up point for excursions to your choice anywhere on this magical island!! Nearly forgot, tennis club, with yearly Mallorcan Open, in June, just down the back of Santa Ponsa! Everything close to hand! Also, the after service has been very professional & helpful from Mark with any queries one might have in relation to their dream property in the sun!! ciao

We dealt with Mark over 13 years ago when we purchased a property through him, he could not have been more helpful, and helped us if we needed to know anything over the 13 years we had the property. I actually bought my current property in Santa Ponsa - I previously owned an apartment in Caesars - without having seen it. A purchase my wife and I had tried to make in Kings Park through another agency had fallen through but by chance I'd met Jenny Terry and Carole Ormiston (retired Property Dealers) just before Irene I left and they promised to help us in after such an outcome. They recommended a property in Acapulco with Mark Pemberton being the selling agent. Through phone calls Mark showed friends we have on the island round the apartment and knowing the ideal location we went ahead with the sale. Now the bank made a mess of the money transfer - they were trying to use an incorrect account number - and the sale nearly fell through. Mark was brilliant, helping us to get to the bottom of the problem and eventually helping us buy our second home. My wife and I flew over to sign the official papers and set up our Spanish Will in Palma Nova in front of the Spanish Judiciary all organised by Mark. Everything went smoothly and Crsbaleares, well Mark, has been a constant source of help and comfort with anything we've needed to know or do ever since. Such has been his diligence to aftercare since our purchase, that we now recognise him as a family friend.

We bought our property with the help of Mark at CR&S Baleares around fifteen years ago. Mark was friendly and welcoming and from the outset was extremely helpful, providing lots of information and support in our purchase. Over the years Mark has helped us with legal matters and day to day Spanish related questions we have had about property, banking, and local authority procedures.
